Luune is a personal astrology application that generates natal charts, daily briefings, and astrological readings using AI, based on the birth details you provide. The service is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
3. Not Professional Advice
Astrological content generated by Luune is for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content generated by Luune. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Luune. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email address used to access Luune. Magic-link sign-in links are single-use and expire after a short period. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Luune for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
- Submit false birth details intended to manipulate or abuse the AI systems.
- Resell or redistribute content generated by Luune without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Luune name, logo, and original content are owned by Luune and may not be used without permission. AI-generated readings produced for your account are for your personal use only.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid access, trial payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing updates are processed by Stripe. Subscription access may continue during an active trial, billing period, cancellation grace period, or payment retry period as shown in your account settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Luune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological content. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luune and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account from Settings or contact us for help.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Luune after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
