Do not make important life decisions based solely on content generated by Lune. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lune. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email address used to access Lune. Magic-link sign-in links are single-use and expire after a short period. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Lune for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
- Submit false birth details intended to manipulate or abuse the AI systems.
- Resell or redistribute content generated by Lune without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Lune name, logo, and original content are owned by Lune and may not be used without permission. AI-generated readings produced for your account are for your personal use only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological content. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lune and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
